I started training consistently at home 16 years ago with kettlebells , an interval timer and bodyweight exercises. I loved learning about exercises and muscles so much that when I was 19, I decided to become a personal trainer. As I was getting qualified, I got a morning reception job at a big gym and I never knew i could be that happy at 5am. It was such a great environment to start my PT career. I learnt from the other trainers and members everyday. When I was 21, I fell in love with bodybuilding. I love the commitment, dedication and process of it all. I wanted to try it myself, so I did 3 novice competitions. I had a very experienced coach, who later became my PT mentor. He taught me so much and inspired me a lot.

I was able to build my personal training business up to about 30-50 consistent sessions a week from 2013 - 2022. Every single session taught me something.
My own training has included weights, kettlebells, hand balancing, hard cardio and bodyweight exercise. I love how exercising makes you feel not just mentally but how it can make you feel so much better in your body. After having my first baby, I was very intrigued at the rebuild process after helping other women. I feel like I have experienced a lot when it comes to different seasons of training. I have felt at my peak and I have felt my absolute worst and it all teaches you about yourself.I am grateful for it all.
