My personal fitness experience includes bodybuilding, heavy lifting, a little hand balancing and inversions, mobility, hard cardio, kettlebells, TRX and bodyweight training. I have trained hundreds of different clients and have had lots of success with helping others find their own joy in exercise and reasons to stay motivated. I have helped women stay active, strong and pain free during pregnancy and rebuilt postpartum, including myself. I have trained with these methods for over 14 years.
