"I trained with Emily throughout my entire pregnancy – literally up until my due date which happened to be the day before I gave birth. Thanks to Em, I barely gained any weight and was able to retain my tone and strength throughout. I believe this was invaluable as I didn’t have any back pain or any other problems during pregnancy. I also think it helped prepare me physically for a natural birth and smooth labour. Post baby, my shoulders and back were strong and I didn’t get any of the usual aches and pains many women complain of.  I had about three months off before resuming twice weekly workouts with Em and we are now gradually trying to build up to where I was before. Em has been understanding and caring throughout the entire process and knowing exactly how far to push me and she has been really interested in learning about the impact of pregnancy on the body which has helped me to have confidence in what we are doing together."

She made me feel comfortable and pushed me to places I never expected. Em is firm, she whipped me into shape, but that’s what I love. Her ability to motivate and inspire resinates within me and I always think of her lessons whilst training independently.

 The one thing I love about Emily’s approach to training is her ability to recognise the difference in others. Everyone carries weight in different areas and everyone strives to achieve a different ideal figure. It was Emily’s open-mindedness and her willingness to support me in every endeavour that touched me beyond words. I felt as if I had met someone who finally understood my goals and who was wholly committed to helping me reach them.

 After a total loss of 10 kilograms and the reshaping of all major muscle groups, I can truly say that I have treasured every moment with this wonderful woman. In fact, I am not sure I would’ve made such progress without her. Not only has my body changed, but my perception of health and strength has changed too. Emily has reformed my life. Of course this didn’t happen overnight, but thanks to her constant support I once again feel confident in my body and spirit. I treasure every moment we have spent together."
