Emily didn’t just teach me how to exercise, she taught me how to move well. She helped me understand proper form, mobility, body awareness, and the purpose behind what I was doing. "I trained with Emily throughout my entire pregnancy, literally up until my due date which happened to be the day before I gave birth. Thanks to Em, I barely gained any weight and was able to retain my tone and strength throughout. I believe this was invaluable as I didn’t have any back pain or any other problems during pregnancy.
